We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all flooring installations, covering defects related to installation under normal conditions. This warranty ensures that your flooring has been installed according to professional standards.
Material warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and vary by product. Any claims related to material defects must be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, moisture or humidity issues, structural movement, or site conditions beyond our control. Variations in color, grain, and texture are natural characteristics of flooring materials and are not considered defects.
Warranty coverage is contingent upon proper care, maintenance, and site conditions meeting manufacturer requirements at the time of installation.
